Google’s Gemini app has surpassed 1 billion monthly users, marking a major milestone for the company’s AI assistant. Google says Gemini is now its fastest-growing product and the 14th Google product to reach the 1 billion-user mark.

Gemini’s growth has accelerated across several parts of the app. Google says more than 150 million images are now generated with Gemini every day, while the app’s voice features are used by 63% of its users.

The milestone also reflects Gemini’s rapid expansion on mobile. Google says the app now has more than 100 million active users on iOS, while its image-generation tools have become a major part of how people use the service.

Gemini recently crossed 950 million monthly users, making the jump to 1 billion another sign of how quickly Google’s AI assistant is expanding. The company has been adding Gemini across its apps and services as it pushes the assistant to more users.
