Apple's first foldable opens to a 7.6-inch inner display and closes around a 5.4-inch outer display. Apple says the inner screen is 50 percent larger than the iPhone 18 Pro Max display, while the outer screen provides 90 percent of the screen area of iPhone 18 Pro. Both displays use the same aspect ratio so content can scale between them.

The Duo is also the thinnest iPhone ever when opened, according to Apple, and uses Grade 5 titanium with a precision hinge. Its design is built around the idea that a phone can become a larger workspace without requiring users to carry a separate tablet.

Both Pro models have a 48MP Fusion Main camera with variable aperture, a 48MP Fusion Ultra Wide camera, and a dedicated 48MP telephoto camera.
